BACKGOUND 

This product is the third generation antibody diluent, which has the advantages of multi-function and strong compatibility. It can increase the activity and stability of antibodies, reduce the non-specific binding of antibodies, reduce the non-specific background coloring, and improve the specificity and sensitivity of the test by adding a variety of antibody protective agents. The overall effect is significantly superior to the traditional primary antibody solution based on BSA (bovine serum albumin), skimmed milk powder and so on. It can be used for the dilution and preparation of the first antibody in WesternBlot ,Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and other experiments .

Dilution Buffer Content

-1% Compound A (blocking & stabilizer).

-0.1% cold fish skin gelatin (blocking).

-0.5% Triton X-100 (penetration enhancer).

-0.01% Pc300 (preservative).

-0.01M PBS, pH 7.2-7.4.
