Nanobacteria  Scavenger,CP-CS-0413

Product Introduction

Nanobacteria is a common cellular pollutant that competes with cells for growth, which is detrimental to cell growth and can lead to cell death in severe cases. At present, many cells are contaminated by Nanobacteria , which has a great impact on cell culture and subsequent experiments.

The common characteristics of cells contaminated with Nanobacteria  are as follows:

1. The culture medium is not turbid, and under a microscope, there are "Nanobacteria " exhibiting Brownian motion around the cells and in the culture medium;

2. Cells contaminated with Nanobacteria  consume nutrients quickly and require frequent replacement of culture media;

3. Cells contaminated with Nanobacteria  grow slowly and in poor condition, which may lead to cell vacuolization and even cause changes in cell morphology.

The black fungus remover is used to remove the "black spots" generated during cell culture. It only takes 1-3 days to significantly inhibit the growth of the "black spots" and can be removed in about a week. This product has been tested on hundreds of types of cells and verified through long-term experiments, with no significant effect on cell growth. It efficiently and specifically removes "black spots", saving precious cells to the greatest extent possible.

usage method

Take out the black glue insect remover from the -20 ¡æ refrigerator, centrifuge the reagent tube instantaneously (3000rpm, 3-5 seconds), place it on the EP tube rack, spray the surface of the reagent tube with 75% alcohol, and perform aseptic operation in the biosafety cabinet.

Taking T25 cell culture bottle as an example

For cells with fewer or more fragile black spots, such as embryonic stem cells (H1, H9, iPS), it is recommended to use a concentration of 2000 x to remove Nanobacteria , such as mixing 6mL of cell culture medium with 3ul of black glue worm remover.

For cells with more black spots, the drug concentration can be increased as appropriate to improve the efficiency of removing "Nanobacteria ". It is recommended to use a concentration of 1000 x to remove "Nanobacteria ", such as mixing 6mL of cell culture medium with 6ul of black gum worm remover. Continuous drug addition and cultivation for 1-2 weeks can effectively remove the contamination of "Nanobacteria ".

be careful:

Before changing the medium or passaging the adherent cells, discard the old culture medium and gently wash the cell surface twice with PBS;

If the cells reach the passable ratio, please passage them in a timely manner and place them in a new cell culture bottle. The process of replacing the bottle can also effectively avoid residual contamination of Nanobacteria  on the wall of the culture bottle;

3. After observing under a microscope that the "black gum worm" has been removed, it must be passaged and placed in a new cell culture bottle. The new bottle must be maintained with medication for 1-2 days before the black gum worm remover can be removed to avoid secondary pollution caused by residual "black gum worm" on the wall of the old bottle after removal.

Transportation and storage methods

Transportation at 2-8 ¡æ- Store at 20 ¡æ away from light, with a shelf life of 2 years.

Special Reminder

1. Please read the instructions carefully before using this reagent;

2. This product is sterilized by 0.1 ¦Ì m filtration, and does not require filtration when using it. It can be directly added to the culture medium for use;

3. This reagent does not freeze when stored at -20 ¡æ, and does not require thawing when used. It can be taken out from -20 ¡æ and used immediately;

4. In order to achieve the best therapeutic effect, it is recommended to prepare and use the drug containing culture medium immediately. If the drug containing culture medium is not used up, it should be stored in a refrigerator at 4 ¡æ in the dark and used up within 2 weeks. Before using the culture medium, it should be preheated to 37 ¡æ;

5. If individual cells are sensitive to this reagent and their growth rate is significantly affected, it is recommended to reduce the use or conduct dilution testing;

6. After treatment with a black glue insect remover, there will be good prevention and removal effects. However, if there are still sources of contamination in the environment, consumables, and reagents, the cells may be contaminated again, so appropriate preventive measures need to be taken;

When cells age or have abnormal states, they will produce black cell secretions, which will continue to be produced with cell culture. These secretions are not Nanobacteria  and cannot be effectively removed by black glue worm removers;

When adding this product for the prevention and removal of Nanobacteria , there is no need to add dual antibodies (penicillin streptomycin);

For your safety and health, please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves when operating;

10. This product is for research or further production use only and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment.
