This product is a two-step Real time RT-PCR specific reverse transcription reagent kit. The 5x RT buffer in this product contains all the reagents required for reverse transcription reaction apart from Enzyme (RNase Inhibitor, Random Primers, Oligo dT (18T) Primer, dNTP Mixture, Reaction buffer). During the reaction, only 5x RT Buffer, Enzyme Mix, template, RNA, and RNase-free water need to be added to synthesize the first strand cDNA efficiently, which is simple and convenient and can reduce experimental errors and reagent losses.

Usage
1.All operations should be carried out on ice and RNase contamination should be avoided during the operation process.
2. Enzyme mix should be centrifuged to the bottom of the tube temporarily and mix thoroughly before use. 
3. Reverse transcription Primers (Oligo dT Primers and Random Primers) have been added to this product. If Gene Specific Primers are used for reverse transcription reactions, this kit cannot be used.
