Description
CellPro Cell Isolated Enzyme performs exceptionally well in detaching cells for analysis of cell surface markers, virus growth assay,guiescence assavs by serum starvation, transformation assays by oncogene transtection, neural crest cell migrationassays, cell proliferation, cell haptotaxsis, tumor cell migration assays, routine cell passage, production scale-up(bioreactor), and fow cytometry. CellPro Cell Isolated Enzyme has been shown effective on: fibroblasts, keratinocytes, vascularendothelial cells, hepatocytes, vascular smooth muscle cels, hepatocyte progenitors, primary chick embryo neuronacells, bone marrow stem cells, adherent CHO and BHK cells, macrophages, 293 cells, L929 cells, immortalizedmouse testicular germ cells, 3T3, Vero, COS, HeLa, NT2, MG63, M24 and A375 metastatic melanoma, gliomas U251and D54.HT1080 fibrosarcoma cells, and Sf9 insect cells.Applications Reported
Product may be thawed and frozen in aliquots.
Usage
1.Thaw CellPro Cell Isolated Enzyme at room temperature or at 2-8¡ãC.
2.Wash plate,fask or beads with sterile PBS.
3. Add CellPro Cell Isolated Enzyme to culture dish or flask using aseptic procedures at 10 ml per 75 cm surface area.
4.Return culture to 37¡ãC incubator and allow cells to detach 5-10 minutes.
5. Count cells and passage as usual: no additional washes or enzyme inhibitors are required.
