Product Introduction
This product is a specialized complete medium carefully optimized and long-term tested to maintain the optimal growth state of NK92 cells. The medium already contains all components required for the growth of NK92 cells and requires no additional supplementation before use. It can be used directly for the culture of NK92 cells.

Storage and Stability
Storage Conditions (Components Stored Separately): 6 months when components are stored separately under recommended conditions.

Other components: Store at -20°C. Aliquoting is recommended for all components.
Note: Retain the residual portion of each component in the original tube after aliquoting, as material may adhere to the tube wall and cause volume shortage if discarded.
Storage Conditions (Pre-Mixed Complete Medium): Store at 2-8°C protected from light for 1 month; store at -20°C protected from light for 2 months.

Protocol (For Reference Only)
Important: Use aseptic technique throughout. Warm complete medium to 37°C before use.
1. Complete Medium Preparation: If components are provided separately, thaw the FBS, horse serum, P/S, and supplements at 4°C or room temperature, then add to 370 mL of the basal medium under aseptic conditions. Mix gently by swirling.
2. Medium Pre-warming: Warm the required volume of complete medium to 37°C for 15-30 minutes before use.
3. Cell Culture: Seed cells in appropriate culture vessels. NK92 cells grow in suspension. Incubate at 37°C, 5% CO₂.
4. Medium Change: Replace medium every 2-3 days or when pH indicator changes color, maintaining cell density at an appropriate range (typically 2-5×10⁵ cells/mL).
5. Subculturing: Collect cells by centrifugation at 200-300 x g for 5 minutes, discard supernatant, and resuspend in fresh pre-warmed complete medium. Passage according to standard protocols.
Precautions
1. Upon receipt, inspect the packaging for integrity. If breakage, leakage, or turbidity is observed, contact the supplier promptly. After freeze-thaw, small amounts of flocculent precipitate may appear in the medium; this does not affect normal product use.
2. Read the product manual carefully to understand usage, storage, and shelf life. Contamination due to improper operation or storage is the responsibility of the customer.
3. This product is for research use only. Some components in the medium have low toxicity to humans. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
