WesternBlot Fast Transfer Buffer(10x)

Cat.No.:

IC-8005

Product Information

This product is a 10x concentrated buffer stock that can be used in wet transfer for Western Blot anaysis.

•Convenient¡ªthe refrigerator-stable, 10X liquid format is more effective and easier to use than 50x liquid or other formats; just use 10% buffer amount you need.
•Environment-Friendly: ExperPro WesternBlot Fast Transfer Buffer does not use methanol, reducing harm to experimenters and the environment.
•High Compatibility: ExperPro WesternBlot Fast Transfer Buffer can be compatible with Laemmli glue, preformed glue, Bis Tris glue and other gel.
•High transfer efficiency: ExperPro WesternBlot Fast Transfer Buffer also has good transfer efficiency for proteins with a large molecular weight span, effectively solving the problem of large and small proteins not being able to transfer simultaneously on the same membrane.

Applications

This product is a 10x concentrated buffer stock that can be used in wet transfer for Western Blot anaysis.

Usage Information

1.Prepare the WesternBlot Fast Transfer Buffer(1x)  according to the table on the right.

2. Soak the filter paper and sponge in WesternBlot Fast Transfer Buffer(1x)  and balance for 5 minutes.
3. Before using the PVDF membrane, it should be moistened with anhydrous methanol for 30 seconds, then soaked in WesternBlot Fast Transfer Buffer(1x)  for 5 minutes to balance.
4. Soak and rinse the PAGE gel in ultrapure water for 1-2 minutes to remove SDS on the gel surface, and then soak the gel in WesternBlot Fast Transfer Buffer(1x) .
Note: The rinsing time in water must not exceed 2 minutes, otherwise the protein with a higher molecular weight cannot be completely transferred.
5. Prepare the transfer sandwich structure in the following order:
Negative electrode (cathode) - sponge - filter paper - electrophoresis gel - PVDF/NC  - filter paper - sponge - positive electrode (anode).
Note:To thoroughly remove the bubbles in the sandwich structure, add appropriate WesternBlot Fast Transfer Buffer(1x)  to keep the sandwich structure moist. Too tight or too loose sandwich structure will affect the transfer effect.  If it is too tight, remove the sponge or filter paper on the anode side.
6. Place the sandwich structure in the transfer tank, and fill the transfer tank with  Fast Transfer Buffer(1x) .

Product BackGround

The WesternBlot Fast Transfer Buffer(10x) uses a unique formula to efficiently and quickly transfer proteins onto imprinting membranes (PVDF or NC membranes). The wet transfer method (Tank blot) can complete the membrane transfer process within 25-45 minutes. The semi dry blot method has not been tested and can be explored and attempted by oneself.

Storage

Store at 4¡æ for up to 18 months , or at room temperature for up to 4 weeks.
