Protocol (For Reference Only)
Important: Use aseptic technique throughout. Warm complete medium to 37°C before use.
1. Complete Medium Preparation (if components are provided separately): Thaw the supplement, FBS, and P/S at 4°C or room temperature. Add the required volumes to the basal medium under aseptic conditions. Mix gently by swirling. Store the prepared complete medium at 2-8°C and use within 2 months.
2. Medium Pre-warming: Warm the required volume of complete medium to 37°C in a water bath or incubator for 15-30 minutes before use.
3. Cell Culture: Seed cells in appropriate culture vessels pre-coated with extracellular matrix if required. Incubate at 37°C, 5% CO₂.
4. Medium Change: Replace medium every 2-3 days or when pH indicator changes color.
5. Subculturing: When cells reach 80-90% confluency, detach using trypsin-EDTA and passage according to standard protocols for primary epithelial cells.

1. Upon receipt, inspect the packaging for integrity. If breakage, leakage, or turbidity is observed, contact the supplier promptly. After freeze-thaw, small amounts of flocculent precipitate may appear in the medium; this does not affect normal product use.
2. Read the product manual carefully to understand usage, storage, and shelf life. Contamination due to improper operation or storage is the responsibility of the customer.
3. This product is for research use only. Some components in the medium have low toxicity to humans. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
